Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or through family members living at the same address — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, pk345 reserves the right to merge the accounts, cancel any pending bonuses, void any bets placed through the secondary account, and permanently close all accounts involved.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and whenever your details change. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

pk345 accepts the following payment methods for deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, Visa debit or credit card, and Mastercard debit or credit card. No other payment method is accepted. All transactions are processed in PKR and no currency conversion is applied.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. For the standard Welcome Bonus at pk345, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. Until this requirement is met, withdrawal requests will be processed against your real money balance only. Once wagering requirements are cleared, bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable in full.
New pk345 members are eligible for the Welcome Bonus on their first qualifying deposit. All bets placed at pk345 are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system. Please review your bet slip carefully before confirming. pk345 is not responsible for bets placed in error due to misclicks, misreads of odds, or any other user error.
Odds displayed on pk345 at the time of bet placement are what apply to that bet. Odds may change after a bet is placed, but the odds locked in at the time of confirmation are the odds that govern your payout. For in-play betting — including during PSL matches — odds update in real time and the odds at the exact moment of bet confirmation apply.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled before it starts, the event is abandoned without a result, technical errors prevent the correct settlement of a market, or odds were published in clear and obvious error. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to your pk345 balance in full. pk345 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular play, match manipulation, or abuse of the platform.
Bets are settled as soon as an official result is confirmed. For PSL matches, pk345 uses the official PCB result as the basis for settlement. For international cricket, the ICC official result applies. In the event of a discrepancy between broadcast information and official result, the official result always governs settlement at pk345.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk345 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
pk345 uses automated monitoring systems to detect suspicious activity across all game types and payment transactions. Investigations may proceed without notice to the account holder where this is necessary to prevent further loss or protect the integrity of the platform.
pk345 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time where there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions, where suspicious activity is detected, where identity verification documents cannot be confirmed, or where the account holder has requested closure through the responsible gaming tools. In most cases, available balance is returned to the account holder's verified payment method following investigation, unless the funds are linked to fraudulent or prohibited activity.

Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes and remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered withdrawal method. An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction has occurred for 12 consecutive months. pk345 will notify you by email before applying any inactivity policy. After notification, pk345 may apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month against the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
